General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

The website www.firefightclub.com is published by the company FIREFIGHTGROUP SL, a company incorporated under Spanish law and registered in the Valencia Commercial Register (Spain) under number B19396589, whose registered office is located at AVD. JUAN CIERVA, 17 N.1 IZQ – 46980 Paterna (Valencia), Spain.

Article 1 – Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTC") is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products and services offered on the website www.firefightclub.com by FIREFIGHTGROUP SL.

Any order placed on the website implies the customer's full and complete acceptance of these GTC, without restriction or reservation.

Article 2 – Products and services

FIREFIGHTGROUP SL offers the following for sale:

  • Digital sports training, accessible online via the Ekloo platform;

  • Physical products related to sports (textiles, accessories, etc.).

The essential characteristics of each product or service are presented on the website. The customer is required to review them before placing any order.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT).

FIREFIGHTGROUP SL reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

Any delivery fees for physical products are specified before the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Order and payment

The customer confirms their order after checking its contents and accepting these GTC.

Payment is made online by credit card or any other secure payment method offered on the website.

The order is only considered final after confirmation of payment by the relevant provider.

Article 5 – Access to digital training

The sports training sold by FIREFIGHTGROUP SL are digital products accessible via the Ekloo platform.

Access is personal, non-transferable, and reserved exclusively for the buyer's use.

Access is activated upon confirmation of payment. No physical shipment is made.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

6.1. Digital products (online training)

In accordance with Article 103.m of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spain) and European Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase when performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent.

By confirming their order, the customer expressly acknowledges:

  • that they wish to have immediate access to the digital content,

  • that they waive their right of withdrawal.

6.2. Physical products

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reasons or pay any penalties.

The product must be returned in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, manual, etc.).

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is attributable to FIREFIGHTGROUP SL.

⚠️ Exceptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Hygienic products (worn clothing, body contact accessories, etc.),

  • Food or perishable products,

  • Personalized products or products made to the customer's specifications.

Article 7 – Intellectual property

All content offered on the website www.firefightclub.com and in the training hosted on Ekloo (videos, texts, PDF documents, training programs, logos, images, etc.) is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights for the benefit of FIREFIGHTGROUP SL.

Any reproduction, distribution, communication, adaptation, or resale, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal prosecution in accordance with the laws in force (notably the Intellectual Property Code and the Spanish Ley de Propiedad Intelectual).

Article 8 – Liability

FIREFIGHTGROUP SL cannot be held responsible:

  • for any interruption or temporary unavailability of the website or the hosting platform (Ekloo),

    • for any indirect damage related to the use of the service (loss of data, commercial loss, etc.),

  • for the individual results of the sports training, which depend on the customer's personal implementation.

Article 9 – Personal data

The data collected during the order is necessary for order management, billing, and customer support.

Data processing is carried out by FIREFIGHTGROUP SL, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (Spain).

The customer has the right of access, rectification, deletion, and objection by writing to: contact@firefightclub.com.

Article 10 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These GTC are subject to Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the registered office of FIREFIGHTGROUP SL, unless otherwise provided by law or by the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence in the European Union.

Article 11 – Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale

By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
